Security Door EKO
Security doors for houses, semi-detached houses and other buildings with non warmed premices. They are water and weather proof. Door "EKO” can be decorated with:
- an even or milled decorating water-proof plywood sheet. The fibre of the sheet is stained and coated with special varnish.
- an even or milled decorating water-proof plywood sheet that is painted in one of RAL shades.
The doors may be manufactured with glass units.
Standard measurements: height up to 2150 mm, width up to 100 mm. Highest possible mesurements: height up to 2300 mm, width up to 1050 mm.The doors are manufactured according to the individual dimensions provided by the customers. We may also offer different non-standard solutions.
Standard door set
A sash, a jamb, one lock system, internal edgings, double insulation spacer.
These outside composite doors are recommended for the premises of houses, semi-detached houses and other buildings, which are not warmed or warming is very low.
The sash of the door is made from folded steel profiles and external protective 1,5 mm thick steel plating, 50 mm stone wool filling, insulation spacer glued onto the sash of the door and an extra spacer fixed on the jamb (double insulation).
Chipboards (MDF) coated with PVC film (LP) of various colours are used for the finishing/decoration of the door. Various patterns may be milled onto the MDF chipboards.
One or two-lock system is installed in the door that fixates the door in all directions.
The hinges are with supporting bearings. Stationary tempered pins protect the door from being taken out after cutting the hinges thus ensuring greater security.
The jamb is made from folded steel profiles. The metal construction of the sash and the jamb are painted with powder paint.
